REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
How do I register?

- Once we have received your registration you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
- For hotel bookings please visit Hotel and Reservations where information as well as the hotel booking forms are available.
How do I pay?
- You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, cheque or you can be invoiced.
What is included in the overall cost for each conference?
- The price includes morning coffee, lunch and any social events that may be taking place after the conference.
- The price will not include the hotel accommodation. For hotel bookings please visit Hotel and Reservations where information as well as the hotel booking forms are available.
- A copy of the invoice will be posted to you within 48 hours of registering
What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
- A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a prompt refund less service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellations received in writing (letter of facsimile) registrations cancelled less than seven days before the event will be paid in full.
Will you keep me updated of any changes to the conference?
- Any changes will be updated on the SIBCON 2008 website (www.sibconsingapore.com) - please check individual pages for details or register for email updates.
AT THE EVENT
Where is the conference being held and how do I get there?
- Please click on the Hotel and Reservation section on this website for information on the hotel address. The conference will be held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Tower Ballroom (on lobby level) from 9am to 6pm from 15 th to 16 th October 2008. There is an additional/optional program: Singapore Oil Spill Exercise on the 17 th October from 8am to 2pm.
What happens when I get to the Conference?
- Arrival:
When you arrive at the conference please go to the registration desk and collect your badge. Your badge must be worn at all times.
- Refreshments:
Morning coffee is available before the conference, a lunch is served around midday (please see details on agenda) and there will be a mid afternoon coffee break.
- Documentation:
All presentations are now made available onto a secure website with all late submissions loaded onto the website within two weeks after the conference. Login information and passwords will be provided to you upon registration.
- Dress Code:
Business attire is required throughout the conference.
