How do I register?

- Once we have received your registration you will receive
an email confirmation within 48 hours.
- For hotel bookings please visit Hotel and Reservations where information as
well as the hotel booking forms are available.
How do I pay?
- You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, cheque
or you can be invoiced.
What is included in the overall
cost for each conference?
- The price includes morning coffee, lunch and any social
events that may be taking place after the conference.
- The price will not include the hotel accommodation.

- A copy of the invoice will be posted to
you within 48 hours of registering
What happens if I want to cancel
my booking?
- Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate
is welcome at no extra charge. Cancellations must be
received in writing at least 10 business days before
the start of the event, to receive a refund less 10%
processing fee per registration. The company regrets
that no refund will be made available for cancellation
notifications received less than 10 business days before
the event.
AT THE EVENT
Where is the conference being
held and how do I get there?
- The conference will be held at
Resorts World Sentosa Singapore from 9am to 6pm from
27-29 October 2010.
What happens when I get to the
Conference?
- Arrival:
When you arrive at the conference please go to the registration desk
and collect your badge. Your badge must be worn at all times.
- Refreshments:
Morning coffee is available before the conference, a lunch is served
around midday (please see details on agenda) and there will be a
mid afternoon coffee break.
- Documentation:
All presentations are now made available onto a secure website with
all late submissions loaded onto the website within two weeks after
the conference. Login information and passwords will be provided
to you upon registration.
- Dress Code:
Business attire is required throughout the conference.
